This is a good alternative if you are hesitating about going on a subscription with Adobe. Especially if you just learning or using it as a hobby. I was a bit disappointed that I had buy it overseas to get it. I know there are downloadable ones, but for me having a disc that is there to use no matter what happens to my computer makes more sense for me personally. I have had the windows version of this for years and every-time I’ve brought a new windows computer I have been able to install it on the new computer. Hope thats the case with this newer mac version.
