Actually restaurant New Island I wouldn’t recommend (this is my opinion), but for some other people i suppose it’s good

Highly recommended this Hotel to stay , with beautiful views and amazing chill/relaxing time! We stayed in Tower Lux room, highly appreciated and recommended. Good Spa, with unlimited time, and you can use it not once to visit within day! Also we visited bowling, and enjoyed our stay. Very good and perfect breakfast, possibly to find anything what you want, to enjoy yours perfect morning time :) Thanks a lot, hope we will come more here within season, to enjoy more experience.

The telephone receptionist is not good at English. When I called, the receptionist said your reservation was yesterday. I had another staff member take my call and confirm it for me, and I was right.

Adjacent to the lake, the view is great and quiet. There was an omelette baking service for breakfast, which was quite tasty.

Breakfast a bit late starting from 8.00am, gym and pool also open a bit late from 9.00am. No option to exercise or swim before breakfast.

Great location, beatiful views from balcony. I wanted to stay in this hotel after seeing pictures years ago, but it was never on my way. As soon, as I walked in the room, I knew, I wanted to stay longer than 1 night and in total stayed 3 nights. Good breakfast with good choice of food. I used swimming pool and jacuzzi every day.

The water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. The room had a lot of hair on the carpet (uncleanliness). In the restaurant too cool (should be warmer)

SPA hotel you want to return to. The place is unique, surrounded by the lake on all sides. 5-10 minutes walk to the town center. The room has a wonderful view of the lake and the town on the other side. Spacious, comfortable large beds, spacious bathroom. Food - the choice of breakfast is really varied and delicious. The food in the restaurant is tasty and beautifully served, the prices are higher than the average in Poland. Great views of the lake. Swimming pool, saunas and SPA - unlimited time, two jacuzzis, a selection of saunas. Paid parking is convenient. The residential building is separated and accessed via a long glass corridor. Bowling is fun.

The steam room in the pool area was not working. It is important if you are with children, because it is the only sauna that can be visited with children.

A beautiful, irreplaceable place, quiet and with enough everything to spend a few days. The food is varied and of high quality with many choices.

As 5* SPA hotel facilities could be better. Only 1 adult indoor pool, 2 jacuzzi and few saunas, gym is very small. Forgot a toothbrush, was offered to purchase from hotel.

Maybe it is a bit pricey, but worth every euro.

We liked ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING about the hotel. To begin with, the communication with the staff from the moment of reservation to the end of our stay was fluent and so nice! They fulfilled all of our wishes 😌 The hotel is in a such a beautiful place and it’s really worth to take a room with a lake view. Our room was super spacious and had everything we could imagine. Breakfast is really superb! Lot of choices and very very delicious 😍 Also this hotel has a lot of facilities: from the pool and kids room to wonderful terraces and beautiful restaurants. Oh, and a welcome bottle of wine at our room was such a lovely surprise which stole our hearts 🥰
