Items needed for a 2×5 c&c cage w/ 2×2 open-top upper level and ramp:
-39” x 83” piece of coroplast
—$15 for a 4×8 sheet of white coroplast at a local sign store.
-38.5” x 38.5” piece of coroplast (for some reason this coroplast box when completed was a little too small for the upper level, but it works fine. You can add 1-1.5 inches if you want it to fit a little better)
—$15 for a 4×8 sheet of white coroplast at a local sign store: have them cut it to the length you desire, then keep the left over coroplast for the ramp. At the sign store I went to, I had to pay for two 4×8 coroplast sheets and got to keep the leftovers.
-11.75” x 30” piece of coroplast (for the ramp)
—Included in the $15 for the white coroplast (use leftovers).
-5.20” x 29.5” piece of carpet
—Less than $3 at local dollar store.
-26 (9×9) cubes, in total for bottom and upper level (if you want an enclosed upper level, the items needed are below- I chose to do a enclosed top for some piggy privacy)
—$22 for first cube wire storage set at Kmart, link below.

—$20 for second cube wire storage set at Kmart, link below.

-36 plastic grid connectors
—Included in the $42 cube wire storage sets linked above.
-150+ zip ties (optional, but very much recommended for safety and sturdiness)
-Pen, ruler, box cutter, scissors, clear extra strong tape
~Total (not including last line of items): less than $85 (including tax). [**I bought two different wired cube sets from Kmart, one came with 23 cubes, the other came with 16 cubes, I needed BOTH to complete my full cage**]

DIY Ramp:
1. Take a grid and put one end (about 3 squares) underneath a HEAVY surface, you’re going to need to measure carefully.
2. You might need a parents help for this part: with one part underneath the heavy surface, and gently bend it upward.
3. Repeat this on the other side, so you form a “U”.
4. Do this to another grid, so you have 2 matching grids that both form a “U”
5. Use zip ties to connect them securely to each other.
6. Measure coroplast and poke some holes into it and zip tie it to the grid.
7. Zip tie to the top ramp securely!
