Bought an electric bike just over a…

Bought an electric bike just over a year ago. Have had recurring problems and received new parts several times. Same error still. Now the warranty period has expired, and now they don't want to help with the case anymore, even though they haven't fixed the errors that have been there since the product was purchased.

I understand that the warranty is 12 months, but this case has been opened up several times since they did not resolve it at the beginning.

Customer support HELL - STOLEN & SCAMMED

Bought a brand new AOVO X7 Electric Scooter which stopped working after 3 trips and less then 5km. The customer support is a total nightmare. They make me investigate the issue myself instead of sending me a replacement or refund. They should be sued! I've been waiting more than one month for any solution and have to buy a new scooter. Will NEVER buy from geekbuying again. AVOID at all costs! You've been warned

I had one sussesful order for a laser…

I had one sussesful order for a laser then ordered some accessories. One arrived from a US warehouse and the second one the site said was being shipped from Hong Kong. When I inquired a few days later about when it would ship, I was told I had already received it. When I disputed that, I was tasked with proving I did not receive it. Really? I sent a screenshot from their site showing shipping ws still pending. Going on two weeks they finally said they would ship a replacement IF I paid shipping! I needed it and did. After a bad review they refunded me the shipping but never apologized for the month of hell over this order. I was eventually offered a 5 dollar coupon. I will never use it.

Best website I've ever ordered from

When the Eleglide M2 was released I put it in my shopping cart on this website. My card declined as I hadn't set it up correctly at that time and as my order was still pending, they contacted me and even lowered the price for me. Genuinely the best website I've ever bought anything on. The chat was quick and effective and the order arrived within a couple days. On my way to buy from them again I stopped here and decided to give them the credit they deserve.

I ordered two scooters by mistake

I ordered two scooters by mistake, realizing after I ordered the first that there was a $60 coupon that I missed. I was having some trouble canceling the first order and the second order wasn’t even showing up on my account ( which was my fault because I ordered under my wife’s email)
The customer service chat at GeekBuy was so nice, not only were they able to cancel my second order but applied the coupon to the first order.
They went above and beyond! Much appreciated

Geekbuying is trustworthy!

I bought a 3d printer from this store, but I have to admit I was a little bit afraid of the store since I didn't know it that well.

The printer arrived in a faulty state ( I would think not by seller fault ) which could not have been detected by a reseller. I came in contact with them through the ticketing system, and after multiple information back and forth, they provided me with troubleshooting information and even mediated between me and the supplier and in the end we came to a resolution, with all errors corrected. Despite the uncomfortable situation, my experience with geekbuying was really good in terms of failure management, even better so, than the supplier ( who did not reply with any meaningful information despite my contact ). I would think buying through this reseller in light of these events makes me feel more comfortable, than the supplier directly. I'd think so because they are a legal entity with a strong background and is treated with better respect, than an individual.

Great client support

Great client support. I had some issues with DPD as they send my parcel to Geekbuying for some reason. Then Geekbuying was really responsive and sent the item again. Then DPD told me that the parcel was returned again to the sender because it was damaged. Geekbuying told me that the parcel was still in the delivery center and that the tracking was wrong. And they were right. DPD told me that they couldn't deliver it because the limit is set to 30kg and the item weight was 31.2kg.. And the package was intact. DPD 0, Geekbuying 1.

I ordered an electric bike 3 weeks ago. The first shipment was returned by the carrier to the sender for an unknown reason. Geekbuying sent me a second one very quickly. Very good service from Geekbuying. Thanks

I recently ordered a Ender 3 V3 KE, always at a good price.

I issued an error code at the very beginning of the installation, well handled by the customer support (they sent me spare parts). Problem solved !

Great Upgrade Experience with Geekbuying!

I recently ordered an ALLDOCUBE tablet from Geekbuying and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Initially, I made a slight error with my selection, but their customer service was incredibly helpful. They quickly and easily helped me upgrade my order to the ALLDOCUBE iPlay 50 Mini Pro model.

The shipping process was smooth, and I was happy to have my tablet delivered promptly. Geekbuying's communication was excellent, keeping me updated on my order status and shipping information.

Good prices, fast shipping and nice service

I often stumbled about that site but never ordered until I found a pretty good deal for a 3D printer. Because of my new customer vouchers, I even got it a little bit cheaper. Shipping took only a week and because it was a business expense, I had to ask for a VAT invoice which was provided quickly.

Really good support !

One of the best after-sales services I have encountered. I had a problem with a 3D printer fan, GeekBuying offered me a replacement part or the return of the complete machine. However he could not send me the replacement part immediately. He reimbursed me for the fan that I bought elsewhere, offered a €10 coupon and still sent me the fan when it was available. It's true that they take a little while to respond, but their actions are worth the wait.

Excellent customer support

I ordered a 3D printer from them but there was an issue with the carrier, and the package took a long time to finally be forwarded to another address (which is not the fault of the website). The support was very efficient and responsive, and in the end, I asked for a refund which was done quickly. I highly recommend this website.

Great products, great support!

I got a Anbernic RG35XX as a gift from Geekbuying, which is an amazing little device. However after 3 months, the screen died. Geekbuying support was great in resolving the problem and helping ship out a replacement device. No hassle, great service, thanks!
