If you love the taste of pure, natural salt, then Unflavored Re-Lyte is for you. It doesn’t contain any natural flavors or sweeteners, but it’s not flavorless. It has a strong salty flavor thanks to the Real Salt it contains. The serving size is 1 scoop (5g), but you don’t have to drink a full serving all at once if that’s too salty for your palate. Start by adding a quarter or half scoop to your water bottle, and then add another quarter or half when you refill. You could also mix it in fruit juice or add your own flavors. These are the best electrolytes I have tried. Yes, they are a bit salty BUT I have fallen in love with the flavor and I am now bummed when I am just drinking plain water. I have one of these everyday and it has made a huge difference in my overall hydration!

I’ve finished my first delivery and am pleased with the Re-Lyte. I was feeling bad in the mornings a week into carnivore and have found that if I drink it first thing in the morning I feel much better.
