āThirst day on a Sundayā¦,ā she joked in the caption. People were *very* quick to cheer her on in the comments. āMaintenance worksš„š„š„,ā said Amber Valletta, while someone else chimed in with, āICON š„š„ššš«¶š». ā
Irina recently told Vogue UK that itās hard to find a balance as a single working mom. āTrust me, there are days I wake up and Iām like, āOh my god, I donāt know what to do, Iām falling apart,āā she said. āI always try not to stay away from my daughter for more than a week, but I also donāt want to be this woman whoās not truthful to herself, because I love my work and I was raised in a woman-run household. I want my daughter to know that momma has a job in her life because I want to raise a strong, powerful woman.ā
Irina hasnāt shared her workout routine lately, but she previously told People that she works out a lot. āI do boxing, I do a little jiu-jitsu which I am obsessed with," she said.
Irina told Women's Health that, while cardio is important, she canāt deal with running. āI hate traditional cardio,ā she said. āRunning is my worst nightmare, so Iāve had to find something I enjoy that gets me all the calorie-burning benefits of cardio without boring me to death.ā
Irina also told WH that she tries to do jiu-jitsu four times a week. And, she she travels, she likes to do āsimple barre moves that don't need any equipment and really work my arms and bum."
When it comes to her dietary routines, Irina has made it clear that she loves food. "When I was growing up in Russia my grandmothers would cook the best pancakes in the world, the best meatballs, the best dumplings," she told People. "So I really, really love food. And I don't understand how people don't eat. I do eat everything."
Now, where can I get that bikini?!
