Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I received a damaged USM Haller door and they promptly assisted and sent me a new one to replace it with a link with video instructions on how to do so. Thank you again Lisa N.! Fast delivery, beautiful item, great customer experience: I couldn't have asked for me.

Perfet Customer Service

It was one of the best shopping experience. We've been looking for an USM piece for so long, but it's not an easy order to make as there are so many technical details. Smow has an amazing range of products and it was so easy to order, they even reached out to us to check some details that we didn't even know we can choose. We received the furniture 3 days after we ordered it, even though we live in Amsterdam.Also we thought we will assemble it (some other store asked us an extra 90E to assemble) but we already received it fully built. We're so happy to discover this website as it will be our no:1 furniture address.

Reliable delivery of top design USM Haller furniture

I have ordered quite some smow articles over the past months: table, pedestal, room dividers, sideboard (just arrived) and I have nor ordered a customized shelf XL. So far my experiences are very good. Delivery has been at the announced time, goods arrived in good order, without any damage, which is due to a very solid packing. For the XL shelf I have been in contact with your Customer Service (Ms Bogumila Hester), and she has kindly helped we with the customized XL shelf, as I want to assemble this one by myself. She has even provided me with a clear drawing of the design.
Hence, I am really satisfied.

Great Quality

Have purchased items several times from Smow. The quality has always been fantastic and the items arrive well packaged. Whenever we've needed to contact Customer Services the team have always been super polite and very helpful. Great shop, great service, will definitely be ordering from them again.

When things go wrong that’s when a…

When things go wrong that’s when a company can show what they’re really made off! I ordered an item that turned out to be damaged and the way SMOW handeled this was excellent. They were very quick with answering my emails and even followed up by calling me personally and apologizing for any inconvenience. The money was returned promptly and everything went very smoothly. Great customer service!

I ordered two Eiermann table frames and…

I ordered two Eiermann table frames and I'm very happy with my purchase and the whole process.
Ordering went smooth and customer service was friendly and very helpful. The only thing I would like Smow to improve is the packaging.
The items weren't damaged, but they could have been. The product packages were packed inside large boxes with no filling as protection and thus shipped a lot of air for no real reason. But I would definitely shop at Smow again.

Very fast service and the chair came without any damage. Sunday ordered, today wednesday arrived.
Also fast response from customer service by email when I saw that the package went first to Leipzig and later I saw it was going to the Netherlands

A model purchase!

My phone call with inquiries was very friendly and efficiently responded. Following the process by paying fast, I received the discount as promised upon which the delivery process was turned on. I received the product exactly as promised and also on the committed time. I was informed both by email and a phonemail announcement of the delivery day and time. This was a perfect purchase experience and we are very happy with the chair.

Smow offers excellent web choice and service.

We were glad we could buy Tecta's new tablelamp (limited edition) at Smow. Smow has got a wide range of well selected quality products but also offers some specials like the new Tecta table lamp.
Well transported and safely delivered to us without delay.
Smow is a really good buyers choice!

Good communication.
Fast delivery.
Proper packaging of the goods.
smow site: one of the best I have seen, well structured, good presentation, good summary/selection of the objects, easy to use, a clear orientation towards business.

It is the first time that I purchase a piece of furniture online and it went well.
I chose to do it as I did not find any shop in Wien to display the furniture that I have bought.
However, there are details of the object that you cannot see in a picture (e,g. the precise colour, the joints, the proportion, the feeling of the material).
That is why I consider a certain risk of buying online, especially if you care a lot about the feeling that the item gives to your room.
The possibility of returning the goods offers you a safety net, but the action needed is not very comfortable, especially if you have a busy life.

The delivering was in time

The ordering process is simple and the items were sent rapidly. (Same day) The delivery was in time. The service did not suffer too much from Corona virus. I had never issues before with snow up to now. Serious service background.

I recently ordered a USM haller…

I recently ordered a USM haller sideboard. It was packed all too lightly in a very thin cardboard crate and it was damaged in the transport. Also the second one was damaged because it was packed too lightly again - against what we had agreed on. Also, I was instructed to buy a rubber hammer and to try fix the first faulted sideboard.

The most tedious part was the difficult and slow email communication. My messages were answered after days and days and reacted on only when I was being very demanding. This whole process took me almost two months. Also the rubber hammer was never reimbursed even though I had asked for it. I would advise international customers to think very carefully when considering Smow as a USM haller store.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that the two deliveries were damaged in transit to Finland. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee that furniture that leaves our warehouse in perfect condition will arrive in perfect condition at the customer, which is of course our greatest ambition and challenge. Please accept once again our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

In order to protect the USM furniture in the best possible way, it is first foiled, then the corners are protected with polystyrene and, thanks to the polystyrene corners, wedged into a precisely fitting cardboard box. Finally, the box is lashed down on a one-way pallet. With the replacement delivery, we had additionally protected the open structure of the furniture with transport metal shelfs as agreed. Unfortunately, this additional protection did not prevent damage during transport.

When we received your complaint, we contacted you by phone and offered a replacement delivery. You asked if you could also repair the furniture yourself. We complied with your request and provided you with telephone support to assist you through the repair. However, there was no mention of tool reimbursement.

In the end, you opted for a replacement delivery. When this replacement delivery was also delivered damaged, we refunded your order.

Friendly store for everyone

Delivery timing shown on the website was really precise and the after-service to any inquiry was very kind.
