I have made a deposit of Rs 500 dated 21st April 2024 however my deposit was not credited. After that I have contacted the dedicated team over call, chat and email team too however everyone keep on asking me to wait for 3hrs however it doesnot happen. Now it is 7days, 168hrs in total now and still I have been asked to wait. Below is the response I have been getting since day 1

"Dear user, your request has already been sent to our payment department, till now we have not received any update, we have asked for an update on your issue again, we can let you know as soon as we get a response from their side." They do not have any human touch, only robotic scripts. Lost 168hrs in chasing this and still issue not resolved. Dont trust their, chatting, calling team they are liars. They ll keep on telling lies that it ll be resolved in 3hrs and again after 3hrs when you contact them again same stories ll goes on

Beware they're a scam. You might win and after exiting the game all winnings are gone & no records of recent play.
I made a complain they said we received your mail we'll responsd soon.
They responded 7 days later asking for more details.
After that they said sorry we don't make claims after 3 days but my complain was 7 days ago. When this method failed they simply said that records are not faulty or in short you didn't win.
I recommend to not use this app, but if you still do always record screen whenever you bet and play. Although they might still make an excuse and chances are very low still at least you'll have a proof since records of your winnings won't exist and you'll have no proof.
Please record your play if you still want to play on this scam app. But find an alternative if you can.
