She took to social media this morning to say she's counting down the next two weeks until the festival period finishes for her, adding that she is looking forward to a break.

Speaking on her Instagram story, Amy said: "Only two weeks - two weeks - left of the festival season 2022 for me.

"And I'm flipping exhausted.

"It's just so much travel. It's just all the travel. And then you get home and you're like 'oh well I'm home', but now all I'm thinking about is 'right, I need to sort all my suitcase and pack to leave again'.

"And I'm just... I'm gubbed.

"I'm ready for a break, I have to say.

"I'll still give it everything these next two weeks but oh my god, my head is fried."

It comes as her husband Ricky Foster, 37, announced his move to the States after joining Detroit City of the USL Championship.

The former Rangers and Aberdeen star penned the new deal this afternoon as a player-coach role.

His deal is for the remainder of the 2022 season, with team and player options that could see him be part of the Rouge and Gold family through the 2024 season pending league and federation approval.

Foster had signed a one-year extension with Partick Thistle after helping the Jags to the League One title last term, but left the club just weeks later and has been a free agent since.

Foster, who has played for Ross County and St Johnstone in his playing career, is also a regular pundit for the BBC on Sportscene.

Detroit City confirmed the news in a statement this morning.
