NETFLIX'S The Sinner fans have been left swooning over Matt Bomer as a 'super hot psychopath' in season three.

The 43-year-old actor plays Jamie Burns in the hit Netflix series, who becomes a suspect in a murder case.

While there is much more to his character than initially meets the eyes, many fans of the show have been more interested in his smoldering looks and 'super hot' body.

Indeed, Matt strips off on a number of occasions throughout the series, revealing his impressive six pack and pecs.

The scenes left many viewers hot under the collar, with one writing on Twitter: "Strikingly handsome men playing psychopaths are my jam and Matt Bomer is the jelly."

Another added: "Matt Bomer can get it. He’s so hot. I just found out he’s a Libra. I can’t get away from Libra men #TheSinner."

Meanwhile an equally thirsty Netflix viewer wrote: "Watching #TheSinner with Matt Bomer and realize 1) he is still hot b) he can act and c) this role is messed up, no clue what’s going in this guys head."

Discussing his character with Collider in an interview last year, Matt said: "He is somebody who wants to be the golden boy, the yes man, and the people pleaser.

"He has this beautiful life, a great wife, and they’re expecting a child, but inside, he’s dying.
