Lets see if I can get a better rating than what I had before. I put a lot of work in to this case. I am now getting way better temps with the new fans, plus I added another for 5 total. On top of that it is way more quiet then it was before. I think cutting the fan grills out, modding the filters, and sealing the chambers really helped with the temps and cooling, as for the noise, the fan controller really helps with that, also the dbb fans are way better than the stock fans.

Very Nice job, especially for your first. I'll give you 9/10. Fair or not, you lose a point for the miserable placement of the psu's in those p182 cases. Damn, I don't miss mine, especially with a modular psu.

you are right about the PSU, it's a pain in the ass to run those cables and keep them looking neat. And not easy plugging in the modular cables with the psu installed.

I like it. but is the rubber trim too big or did you mess up on cutting the hole?

ummm, the rubber trim is fine and the hole is cut out perfect. It might look odd because I was realy close when I shot the pic. The tower was on the desk and I forgot to get that shot so I held the cam behind it in between the wall and tower and shot.

it looks crooked and sided instead of round regardless you shouldn't be using trim that size.

I dont know what you mean by crooked and sided, if your talking about the hole for the fan mayabe you should look at a pic of an antec p182 case and you will see why. and the trim is the same as this

and last, where is your case mod?

and again, if I wasnt so close when I shot the pic it wouldnt look so big, I actually did a better job than the guy did in the pic above. He pieced his trim together, I only have one break, and also the case in the pic above is a P180.

Nice job of your 1st build. You get an 8 out of 10 from me. You were borderline 7, but I decided to round you up.

Cable managment is the only thing holding you down from a 9. Yes, your rig is nice and neat... but you have to accept that a pretty high bar has been set by other rigs on this site.

9/10 Gr8 effort. I would consider painting inside black as well then 10/10

thanks! I like the silver look on the inside of the case but I think black would look good. If I were to do the inside black I think I would buy the other P182 and put my side panels and front door on it.

She is pointing out that the trim does look odd shaped and bulky in ur photo. The second shot from farther away does look nicer, I agree with her point.

Its almost harder to take picts than the modding itself for me.

(nice job so far on the comp)

yeah, I couldnt get a good shot because I forgot to take that pic and the comp was already set up and I didnt feel like moving it around so I had to reach behind it and shoot blind, but it does look normal from the right distance. thanks for the vote.

edit: just realized who you were MK, what a compliment "nice job so far on the comp" coming from you, I've seen your mods, excellent work
