Special Education Praxis (5354): Core Knowledge and Application- Study Guide

This resource is for teachers and other adults who wish to take the Special education Praxis text (Special Education Praxis (5354): Core Knowledge and Application). In these pages I included information I used when I studied for the SPED praxis but I am not suggesting it is all the information you may need to know. This is my study guide and it helped me pass the praxis. I am posting it here for you in hopes it will help you too!  

It includes 37 pages divided into the 5 parts of the test as suggested by ETS: 

• Development and Characteristics of Learners (approximately 16%)
• Planning and the Learning Environment (approximately 23%) 
• Instruction (approximately 23%)
• Assessment (approximately 18%) 
• Foundations and Professional Responsibilities (approximately 20%) 

I also included most of the practice questions suggested by ETS for each section because they helped me focus on the information I needed to include in my guide. Good Luck!!
