Nicole Kidman May Have Worn Her Most Daring Look to Date at Recent Movie Premiere & We’re Loving It

Over the years, Hollywood legend Nicole Kidman has not been afraid to show some skin. From mini-dresses that show off her mile-long legs to crop tops that put her abs on full display, the Big Little Lies star is known to be quite daring in her fashion. On Jan. 21, however, the star might’ve worn her most daring look to date: a totally backless Atelier Versace dress.

The look, which she wore to the premiere of her upcoming limited series, Expats, also included a cowl-style neckline and an ultra-high slit. “Absolutely stunning that dress is gorgeous 🖤,” a fan of Kidman wrote on her stylist Jason Bolden’s Instagram post. “Hot 🔥,” wrote another.

As for Kidman’s glam, she rocked bronzy, glowy skin with an orange smokey eye and dark pink lips. As for her hair, her long locks were moved to one side to let her back be the focal point.

And while Kidman’s look for the Expats premiere was quite sexy, the actress’ new series is set to be quite a heartbreaking story. The Prime Video series, which is based on the 2016 novel The Expatriates, follows the lives of three different American women, played by Kidman, Ji-young Yoo and Sarayu Blue, on their different journeys and struggles as they move across the world and into the same small expat community in Hong Kong.

Kidman’s character, Margaret, especially struggles with her new setting when the mom of three suffers an immeasurable loss. Kidman’s husband in the movie, Clarke, is played by Brian Tee.

“It wasn’t like I was by myself, we were a married couple who were walking through it together,” Kidman told ExtraTV about their collaboration. “I love that we had each other to hold on to… It was deep.”

Expats, which will surely be another Kidman must-watch, hits the platform on Jan. 26.
