Our Mission Statement

Russellville Youth Baseball Association was founded in 1995 and serves as Russellville's only baseball youth development facility, for ages 3-14, by providing opportunities for personal and athletic growth.  RYBA promotes sportsmanship, self-esteem, discipline, honesty, integrity, and the development of other life skills through engaging youth in sports while providing a safe, healthy, positive environment where the youth of our community can learn the fundamentals of sports.

Baseball is our one and only focus. We are a not-for-profit organization solely focused on baseball for the youth of Russellville, AR, and surrounding communities.

Background Checks

For the safety of our players, umps, and spectators, RYBA requires a background check to be completed for each team manager. Our players are the youth of our future, we aim to keep them safe!

Umpires

RYBA umpires are trained, supervised, and informed. They became an umpire in our league because they love America’s game.

Registration Fees

RYBA is a non-for-profit organization allowing us to keep registration fees to a minimum! Included in our fees are player uniforms (shirts and hats) for ages 8 and under, as well as some team equipment for each team. We strive to keep our fees manageable for each family in our community so that every child who wants to play baseball is given the opportunity.
