Insurance Coverage Associate
Rubin and Rudman LLP, a mid-size, Boston-based law firm, is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an associate to join our insurance coverage practice. The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of experience in insurance coverage analysis and related litigation, a strong academic background, and superb communication and writing skills. Membership in the MA and related federal Bars is required. Memberships in the Bars of other New England states, and/or NY Bar, along with related federal Bars, would be a plus.
Bankruptcy and Business Litigation Associate

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in business bankruptcy and related litigation, a strong academic background, and superb communication and writing skills. Labor and Employment Law Associate – Litigation and Counseling
Rubin and Rudman LLP, a long-established and highly regarded mid-size, Boston-based law firm, is seeking an attorney with 5-7 years of legal and litigation experience to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group. The role includes representing employers in state and federal court and administrative agencies concerning claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour and other employment matters. The role also includes counseling employers on hiring, firing, reductions in force, workplace performance and discipline, statutory leaves, disability and other accommodations.

Legal Recruitment Manager
Rubin and Rudman LLP is seeking a self-motivated Legal Recruitment Manager who is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process for lateral partner, non-equity partner, and associate candidates, as well as development and implementation of internship programs, law school recruitment, and affinity bar partnerships. This position will also be responsible for managing the onboarding and integration of all lawyers and law school interns to the firm. The Legal Recruitment Manager will work collaboratively with the Managing Partner, Attorney Recruitment Partner, Executive Director, and Business Development Director on the development and implementation of growth and retention and strategies. Probate Litigation Paralegal
Rubin and Rudman LLP is seeking a self-motivated Probate Paralegal to assist the attorneys in the Trusts and Estates Department with the smooth functioning of the Department. The Paralegal will prepare court filings, interact with various courts, draft motions and assist the attorneys in all aspects of litigation and ensuring the attorneys are prepared for court appearances.
