Acne Consultation
How it works
This is a great first place to start when you’re ready to start tackling your acne. During the acne consultation, we address the in’s and outs of acne and teach you about other aggravating factors that make you break out – foods, medications, cosmetics, stress, and common ingredients in skincare formulations that might be clogging your pores (even professional and prescription products). It is a full spectrum approach and a natural acne approach versus going on Accutane or other internal antibiotics.
We also discuss the acne clearing peel and hand-select a home care routine specifically for your skin type and acne. While each peel will also be customized in strength based on individual needs and progress in the program.

Raw Rituale Acne Clearing Peel
What it treats
This self-neutralizing exfoliating peel contains a combination of potent anti-inflammatory ingredients to target acne at the cause. It gently exfoliates acne-prone, hyperpigmented, and aging skin without excessive irritation or dehydration. 6 treatments are recommended, 2 weeks apart, to achieve the best results.
How it works
Each acne chemical peel contains a varying strength of TCA to exfoliate outer layers of skin to reduce acne, signs of aging, fine lines, uneven pigmentation; Mandelic Acid that has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-fungal properties, improve the appearance of pigmentation; Lactic Acid that is hydrating, exfoliating, and reduces pigmentation; Azelaic Acid which Inhibits tyrosinase activity to reduce pigmentation, anti-bacterial, anti-free radical; and Kojic Acid which inhibits melanin production by inhibiting tyrosinase, provides gradual and continual skin lightening to relieve skin discolorations.
Post Treatment
Makeup and sweat should be avoided after your acne peel. You may be pink from the peel and extractions.

This facial includes an exfoliation to rid your face of dead skin, a clay mask with steam to pull out deep debris, manual extractions to remove congestion safely, the Face Reality Acne Peel to further combat bacteria and inflammation, along with blue and red light therapy to kill p.acne bacteria and calm redness.

AdvaTX Clear Laser
What it treats
If you’re antsy to fast-track controlling the active acne and clear up acne scarring and/or texture simultaneously, the AdvaTX laser is the way to go! By targeting the p.acne bacteria itself, the vascular component to active lesions, and the underlying oil production by the sebaceous glands, the ADVATx employs a multi-pronged approach to reducing active acne. You'll notice a 25% - 40% reduction of acne each treatment and softening of scars and texture within a few weeks!
How it works
Advatx is Raw Rituales go-to for treating active acne and acne scarring. Typically 4-6 treatments are needed, spaced 2-4 weeks apart. Just imagine having your breakouts under control and a significant clearing of red scarring and uneven acne texture in a matter of months.

Pore Clogging Ingredients
When it comes to acne prone skin, comedogenicity is very important. We advise all our acne clients not to use any skin care products that clog pores. Your pores are already clogged. Why would you want to clog them more? A closer analysis reveals that comedogenicity is a complicated and highly debated issue.
Simply put, a comedogenic ingredient means that it clogs pores. It does so by increasing follicular hyperkeratosis—an increased production of keratin in hair follicles. Over time, this leads to clogged follicles and comedones. This doesn’t always happen quickly, and it can take months of using a comedogenic product before clogging is noticeable. Individual skin chemistry can determine the extent of an ingredient’s comedogencity, so it is highly variable between people. One client may have no reaction, while another may have excessively clogged pores in a few weeks. Even ingredients that are not typically comedogenic can become so by a person’s own unique skin enzymes. Human sebum is naturally comedogenic, so even if clients who are prone to clogging avoid all likely comedogenic products, they are not necessarily guaranteed protection against comedones.? ALL Face Reality products are non pore clogging.
You can review this list of pore clogging ingredients and compare to your current haircare products, makeup, skincare and even laundry detergent. Each potential clogging ingredient has been categorized 0 to 5. 0 meaning the ingredient will not clog your pores. 5 meaning the ingredient is very clogging to your pores. Remember, when skin care products list ingredients on their label they are listed in order of relative amount. That is, the first ingredient listed has the largest amount in the product. The second listed ingredient is what has the second largest amount in the product and so on to the last ingredient listed which has the least amount. Keep in mind if a category 3 ingredient is listed sixth on the label you may not clog from it, but if it is the first or second listed ingredient you may clog up and break out. Use of that product could impede your acne treatment.
