Remington rolling block take down rifle with scope. 22 caliber. No serial number found. Has Field 438 scope. Good condition. There were no markings found on the rifle. Missing the bottom buckle for the strap. 22.25 inch barrel. All measurements are approximate. Please see pictures for condition and details. Buying as is from 04281. The Broken Gavel is working in partnership with a local FFL holder (Paradis Trading Post) to make these guns available for sale. All Federal firearms laws will be followed. All firearms are sold as collector's items only. We have described the firearms as accurately as possible; we did have a local expert advise us. No cleaning or modifications have been done by us. We have not fired any of the firearms. As with all firearms, you should thoroughly clean and inspect each one before firing. Firearms are NOT guaranteed as safe to fire. Please be sure to e-mail or call us with any questions about our descriptions prior to bidding. The bidder is responsible for examining any items they wish to bid on, either in person or by having a professional examine the items for them, prior to placing any bids. As such, no returns or refunds will be give due to any errors in title, descriptions, or photographs. Guns will be available for previewing 8 am to the start of the auction on the day of the auction. Immediately after being sold, the guns will be transported to Paradis Trading Post (61 East Main Street, Unit 3 in South Paris) where you will need to pick the guns up, if you are local. If you need the guns to be shipped, you will need to contact Paradis Trading Post at 207 744-2752 to arrange for shipping. Please note, a third party shipper will be used to ship any guns. If you are legitimately interested in a gun, but cannot make it to preview, or if you are not local and would like us to provide more photos, please contact Mike at 207-595-4873, 9 am to 5 pm EST (at least 48 hours prior to the auction), and he will do his best to help you out. We will only be shipping guns to FFL holders at US addresses. If you do not hold an FFL yourself, please make sure that you have an FFL dealer set up prior to bidding. If you are the winning online bidder, we will need your FFL to e-mail a copy of the FFL license to paradistradingpost@gmail.com or have the FFL dealer you have made arrangements with contact Paradis Trading Post immediately after the auction. There will be a $20 (per gun) administration fee payable to Paradis Trading Post at the time of pick-up, if you are local, or before shipping can be arranged if you are not. If you buy multiple guns, any discounts on the administration fees would be arranged between you and Paradis Trading Post. You have seven days to pay for your guns, otherwise you forfeit your right to purchase them. All listings are subject to errors or changes without notice.

Payment

For non-local buyers, our preferred payment method is by credit card or by using Paypal. After shipping costs have been calculated we will send you an invoice through Proxibid. For this auction only, you will have to contact us for payment of your invoice. Please wait until you have received an invoice to call. To make it less confusing, we prefer to invoice you after we have figured the shipping on non-firearm items. If you purchase a firearm, however, your invoice will only be for the firearm, buyer's premium and sales tax (if applicable) - It will NOT include shipping. Shipping must be arranged and paid thru our FFL holder. You can call Mike at 207-595-4873 or Terri at 207-787-1700 between the hours of 10am and 5pm (ET). Or you can use PayPal (thebrokengavel@hotmail.com) to pay your invoice. Payment is due within 5 business days of invoice being sent. If unpaid beyond that, the credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged. Invoices will be sent out as soon as possible after the auction as we like to include your shipping charges. We use the address you have on file with Proxibid to calculate your shipping charges. We then add that to your invoice before sending it to you. If the address on file is incorrect, please message us immediately after the auction so we can update our information. If your shipping address on Proxibid is incorrect and you do not let us know, you will be responsible for shipping charges to resend your items.
