Please Call to Cancel or Reschedule as Soon as Possible & Understand a “No-Show” is Extremely Impactful to Restaurants. *As a small business- planning for daily ingredient ordering, meal preparation & staffing requirements are influenced by patronage estimations with reservations. Your conscientiousness in this matters to us & all restaurant establishments.

A Credit Card is Required to Book for ALL Parties of FIVE+ Guests with the Understood Agreement to a Card Charge Should the Policy Requirements Not be Met.

Required Cancellation Notice Times & Charges:

• 5-8 Guests 24hrs

  @ $10pp/weekday & $20pp/weekend

• 9-12 Guests 48hrs/weekday & 72hrs/weekends

  @ $15pp/weekday & $25pp/weekend  

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY for SET MENUS Or SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

“SAME DAY” Booking for a Large Party Policy:

• Reservations Made & Canceled within a Two Hour Timeframe are Waived of Charges. 

• A “Significant” DROP in Party Count: Results in the Same Charges. 

“Significant” is Defined as a Drop in Party Size that Majorly Affects Table Set Up Changes in Time & Layout Where Other Reservations Could Have Been Booked. (Ex. 8 Top to a 4 top, or a 15-Top to a 9-Top) 

*ALL HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT WEEKS/WEEKENDS for Guest BOOKINGS of 5 + are SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL LATE/NO-SHOW CHARGES & CANCELLATION TIME REQUIREMENTS.

This Includes, but is Not Limited to:

48hr to 7 BUSINESS DAY Cancellation Times + Cancellation Charges Ranging from $25.00 - $50.00 Per Person, *typically up to 12 guests if no other special arrangements are set.

13+ are subject to custom or special dining requirements under “Private & Specialty Group Dining” Policies.

PRIMARY Holidays Months Include: November, December, February, March & May.

SPECIAL Event /Special Occasion Weeks & Weekends Include, but Not Limited to: SXSW, ACL, F1, Graduation Weeks, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day Weekends.

A “Significant” DROP in Party Count: Results in the Same Charges as they apply to this policy:

“Significant” is Defined as a Drop in Party Size that Majorly Affects Table Set Up Changes in Time & Layout Where Other Reservations Could Have Been Booked. (Ex. 8 Top to a 4 top, or a 15-Top to a 9-Top) 

Private Dining Reservations &/Or Bookings made for group with custom requirements &/Or parties of 13+ Guests (ex. varying guest count, specific celebrations, set menu requests, etc.) are subject to a Room Charge for space use. This rate varies based on: Guest Count, Day & Time of Reservation & Other Special Request or Arrangement Factors, and is TBD upon booking.

• F&B minimums, preset menus, and additional cancellation notice agreements are subject to be required. Details will be agreed upon through one-on-one booking correspondence.
