Castrol Superedge® 6754 is a heavy-duty soluble oil for demanding operations such as reaming and tapping. Superedge® 6754 is chlorine, phosphorous and sulfur-free. Yet, at moderate-to-low concentrations its outstanding boundary lubrication provides excellent surface finishes without sacrificing tool life. While formulated for aluminum, Superedge® 6754 can also be used on ferrous and other non-ferrous metals. It is ideal for manufacturers that want a single fluid to machine a variety of metals.

Recommended Applications & Dilutions:

• Grinding: 4 - 6%
• Machining: 5 - 10%
