Drawing from my diverse background, which includes a twenty-year career in the music industry as a performer, musician, and writer, I bring a lifetime of experiences with dedicated weirdos and misfits to our sessions. Outside of my practice, I find joy in yoga, meditation, reading, singing, hiking, and connecting with friends in creative ways.

I welcome and affirm all identities, valuing diversity and inclusion. My practice is open to individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, races & ethnicities, abilities/disabilities, sizes, lifestyles, and backgrounds. I have a particular affinity for working with creative individuals, as well as those who identify as autistic and/or neurodivergent.

My journey in the field of counseling has been marked by continuous learning and growth. I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling with a focus on clinical rehabilitation counseling and mental health counseling through a social justice lens. I am currently training to become a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, further expanding my expertise in trauma-informed care.
