The pocket Kalimba B9 is a small, handy kalimba with a sound block made of solid American cherry
The vibrations of the nine sound tongues can be felt well in the hands of this model. The subtle sound of the instrument is easily audible without further ado. By laying or sticking on a suitable surface,such as a tabletop or the skin of a drum, the volume of the instrument can be moreover still significantly strengthened.
Of course, the Kalimba can also be placed on the body in the context of sound therapy, in order to transmit targeted vibrations to the body.
The tunings (tuning) of this Kalimba B9 are based on the Koshi chimes and are available in the pitch 432 Hz:

Because the kalimba B9 has 9 tongues and the koshis have 8 bars, there is a duplicate tone on the kalimba.

The high quality Koshi chimes are handmade in the French Pyrenees and are available in 4 sound melodies. Each melody has its own special magic and all harmonize perfectly with each other.
A Koshi chime is not just a simple wind chime, but an authentic musical instrument and the result of extremely careful craftsmanship. The surface is paper-thin veneered with oiled bamboo wood, which gives the Koshi chime a noble appearance and further refines its chime.
As soon as the Koshi chime starts to vibrate, a small plate inside the chime gently touches eight bars of different lengths, which are welded in a circle with silver to the bottom of the resonating body. Precise tuning of the bars allows clear tones to emerge that are rich in overtones.
Beautiful to end a meditation, but also as a sonorous feng shui wind chimes.
