Properties and benefits of 3 x Gabasor

GABA or Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid, is one of the inhibitory neurotransmitters, mostly distributed in the brain and its highest concentrations are found at the level of the cerebellum. It helps the brain in the control of anxiety since it acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter and has a calming effect on the central nervous system, while it has an inhibitory function on neuronal excitation. Glutamine, taurine and Vitamin B6 are necessary for the synthesis of GABA. Vitamin B6 also supports its absorption. The active forms of pyridoxine act as coenzymes or cofactors in no less than 60 metabolic reactions in which pyridoxine is involved. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

How to take 3 x Gabasor?

It is recommended to take preferably on an empty stomach or as recommended by the nutritionist.
