Why would you have people giving you reviews about something that they haven't even bought yet makes no sense whatsoever for customer service skills Y'all have none
A fine trike but for 1300.00 the rear basket is really mickey mouse. The flimsy aluminum holders release with very little effort making it impossible to lift the trike by the basket.
Fortunately I found that zip ties provide needed support. Still… a redesign would be great.
I have two bad knees and I love bike riding
but was unable to, until now I got my fat tire TX1
and for the first time I am riding a bike again
or a trike love it :)
I love the color and the fat tires. It will take a while to used to the difference between this and the regular bike.
Excellent trike for older adults. I love my trike. The only complaint I have is it is a little high to step over through the frame. Once on it is easy to maneuver, easy to ride, fast enough for me, goes really far on one charge. I enjoy getting out and this trike has accomplished that for me. I looked at other trikes with popular names. I felt this trike was the best value for the ride. Again this is a large trike. I am 5'6" tall weighing 210 pounds. So this trike fits my size wonderfully.
Had to send to bicycle store to complete assembly. Instructions difficult. Will try when it is returned.
