I'm excited to start my new job as Mechanical Design Engineer at Koenigsegg Automotive AB.

Yesterday marked my last day at Singer Vehicle Design. It has been an amazing 2 years working with a truly fantastic team. Now it's time to look for new challenges outside of the UK. I've loved my time here, I believe it is an amazing country full of motorsport passionate people. I am grateful to all the inspiring people I've met.

Proud to be at Goodwood FoS for the launch of the Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer-Turbo Study. Amazing to see this project coming alive after all the hard work we have put into it. It has been a real challenge to lead the CAD scheme of the powertrain assembly, as well as the mechanical design of several engine components. Very grateful to be learning from brilliant people such as as Graham Moore and John Magee with so much experience behind them.

2 years ago I attended Goodwood FOS as a student, dreaming to be part of it some day. Yesterday my company showcased the first ever production Singer DLS. Couldn’t be any prouder.

ACS it’s official! 🥳🎉 After more than a year of working hard on this project, the collaboration between Singer Vehicle Design & Tuthill Porsche sees the light. I could have never imagined I would be part of the design team involved in the creation of this car. Now even Top Gear is reviewing the car and showing our work. I am so grateful to Paul E. for trusting me to lead the design and manufacture process of the exhaust manifolds as well as other components in the car. For the manifolds, as the position of the turbos was already fixed in the engine, I had to design two different manifolds to accommodate the asymmetry generated in the Porsche engine by the oil cooler. Enjoy 2021🙌🏻!

Extremely grateful to Richard Tuthill and all the Tuthill family for offering my first job as engineer. I had the privilege to work and mostly learn from many brilliant professionals, from technicians to engineers. Special thank you to Graham Moore for mentoring me during my time at the company and Charlie Broughton for the continuous guidance and help. Now it is time to change and look for new goals! Really grateful for this opportunity at Honda R&D Europe for which I worked really hard and looking forward to starting this new stage. Thank you! Old School Racing & Technology! As some of you might know we race the Porsche 911 2.0 L (pre 1966) in the 2.0 L Cup and the season is about to start. In order to improve the calibration of these engines for the upcoming season I have been in charge of developing a data logging system to record data from the engine. This data provides us enough information to allow individual cylinder calibration. For the completion of the project I used MoTec hardware (C125 and E888) and different sensors including : 6 lambdas, 6 EGT´s, cylinder head temp, oil temp and press, fuel temp and press, TPS and RPM. In order to make the system simple I designed a box that allows thermocouple panel fittings on the sides and ASL deutsch connectors for the AV channels on the front. This allows all the sensors to be fitted in the same place of the engine bay. Since these cars are unique and the system was required to move quickly between cars, I fitted two high strength magnets in the back of the box to attach it to the engine bay. The E888 was fitted using Velcro to avoid electromagnetic issues. This system was tested last week on track in Estoril and I have really interesting results I will be posting soon! #porsche #MoTec #engine #racing
