Thin spaghetti, also known as spaghettini, is often paired with spicy and seafood-based sauces. Thin spaghetti is a thinner version of traditional spaghetti but is slightly thicker than angel hair, but still refined and delicate. It is often used with seafood-based or light tomato sauces, broths and consommés.

Boil: Get the best from your pasta, cooking the Italian way.
1. Bring 4–6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water.
2. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute.
3. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.
