Due to the delay in its OTT distribution, the movie is still being talked about among spectators even after such a horrible outcome.

The film's OTT release was initially scheduled for the end of May. Still, the director, Surender Reddy, used the time to present another re-edited version of the movie, delaying its OTT release. Finally, starting on June 23, Agent will be available for OTT viewing on the Sony Liv platform.

Vakkantham Vamsi wrote the script for the film Agent, which was made by AK Entertainment and Surender 2 Cinema. The female lead in the film ‘Agent’ was portrayed by Sakshi Vaidya.
The music was composed by Hip Hop Tamizha. Dino Morea, a Bollywood actor, played the antagonist. In a particular song, Urvasi Rautela was electrifying.
The story of Ricky (Akhil), a passionate and free-spirited character who has wanted to be a raw agent since he was a young child, is told in the film.
Ricky is handpicked by Mahadev (Mammootty) and taken under his wing in order to defeat Devil (Dino Morea), a renegade former agent. Ricky is suddenly the target after a routine mission goes awry. The narrative focuses on how Ricky resolves this issue and serves his country.
