Neonode announced just a few days ago that its Swedish subsidiary, Neonode AB filed for bankruptcy. It seems that the financial situation of the company is really bad, despite the fact that Neonode N2 is a great product.

The Swedish branch has been selling this device since 2004, as for Neonode Inc, it’ll become a technology licensing company. It will keep marketing and developing the zForce touchscreen technology that had made them famous, but this time for other major brands.
