Pointed cabbage

As the name suggests, pointed cabbage is pointier than other cabbages. The pointed cabbage has a mild, sweet flavour that works well both cooked and in salads.

The pointed cabbage is both tasty and versatile. You can steam, fry, braise or stir-fry the pointed cabbage. Pointed cabbage can often replace cabbage.

Best stored at 2 to 4 °C.
