It is commonly known as the white-striped wandering Jew, and it belongs to the spiderwort family, Commelinaceae. This plant is native to South America and is commonly found in Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay.
The leaves of Tradescantia fluminensis 'White Stripe' are elongated, pointed, and about 5cm long. The leaves are dark green with a bold white stripe down the center, making them a striking addition to any indoor space.
