•Plant pictured is the one you will receive. Any pictures used for demonstration purposes (mother plants, etc) will be specified in the description.
•Standard shipping is via USPS priority. USPS express and faster UPS shipping methods are available as well, with special options by request.
•We irrigate our plants with very hard pond water. As such, you may see calcium deposits on some of the older leaves. This is normal :-)
•Unless otherwise requested, we may ship your plant bare-root (with the roots packed in sphagnum and wrapped in plastic).
•Cold weather - if you live in an area where temperatures are falling below ~40 at night, please let me know.
We can decide whether or not to use a heat pack or extra insulation from there.
•When we're backed up with orders, it may take a little extra time to ship your plant out.
