All good except it wasn’t as big I thought.

I purchased this concrete Native American bust because I liked the coloring, for which I paid a premium..  There are other shops using this exact same mold.  It was supposed to have been "in stock," but as the weeks and then months dragged by without shipment, I grew concerned, writing Roman for help with my order.  He told me to be patient.  Well, I was until I wasn't.  If it had been delayed in transit, I could understand.  But he kept me waiting all that time for nothing.  It never even shipped.  Very disappointed.  Buyer beware.

My order ended up stuck at a FedEx facility due to proper documentation from the seller. I gave them time to resolve the issue since I wanted my westie statue but after a couple of months of them not rectifying this issue or even offering me a refund, I had to escalate it to Etsy. Disappointed.
