The first statue that came was broken due to rough handling during shipping, but the seller quickly reached out and compensated another new statue with no charge. We’ve ordered from them before and their products have been exceptional and great quality. They also have good customer service. The rough shipping was not their fault as the package had traveled from Egypt to the US and was inspected by customs multiple times.

The seller contacted me with a lovely email right after I purchased the statue. The Sekhmet statue is even more beautiful than I thought it would be and it was very carefully wrapped.
