This Hoover is great!
I purchased this Hoover to replace the Bissell heat Pro I had for years which I had to continually fix finally tossed it. I am very happy I chose this Hoover cleaner. Noticeable difference first pass and carpet is not soaking wet rugs feel dry pretty much right away. I tried it first on my furniture and was very impressed. The hand tool is great. This machine works very well. My only complaint which any one using any of these Hoover machines is that the thin shoelace gaskets on both tank covers can become dislodged which will prevent suction. I would recommend buying a good automotive gasket maker material and replace the OEM gasket to prevent any future problems. I have done this to my machine and even though it is new, I noticed a slight improvement in suction, something that the manufacture of Hoover should take note of. So if you are experienced any loss of suction power check these gaskets to make sure they are secure or replace them.This machine works very well. My only complaint which any one using any of these Hoover machines is that the thin shoelace gaskets on both tank covers can become dislodged which will prevent suction. This is the second one of these I've bought. It works so well and TROUBLE FREE over the long haul I won't consider buying another make or model. For the cost of hiring a professional cleaner ONCE, you can clean as often as you like per year (including emergency spills), at YOUR convenience (no scheduling), for as many years as you like. It suctions dry enough to walk on, no drying wait time. And you can attach the hose and use the unit as a small volume wet shop vac. I never cease to be amazed at how dirty the waste water is when I dump it out, and you will be too.This is the second one of these I've bought.
