The Ebay seller in this case was very good. He promised me he would provide additional videos of the hospital bed functions that I was interested in, rather than just still pictures. He did multiple videos and sent them to my phone and email. Which were very useful in my deciding to go with him. I found the bed cheaper on different seller sites but their follow-up and promises were never kept. He also got the bed packed up and shipped to me in one working piece. So I highly recommend this seller
