The units worked good. The only thing was that the external leak sensor was not included even though it had a picture of it. It had the extended sensor base but no cable sensor assembly. This worked out ok in my case since I just used the main unit itself and did not need the external one. The external sensor has a smaller footprint and can be used in an area that needs that functionality. Also it has several feet of cable if you need to put it in a restricted space.

I could not be happier with the customer service and the product I received from these guys. I purchased an EV charger and received it in about 5 days, which was quicker than they had told me.
