Picolo trumpet arrived with detached third valve water key- trumpet was imported.Queenbrass was helpful and cooperative in resolving issue, although a little slow in responding to emails. EBay customer service menus are confusing when there's a problem. , although ultimately I was able to reach an actual, helpful and live agent.

While seller did refund purchase price for defective item I was unable to get seller to do an exchange for a functioning instrument. I am not satisfied with transaction. While I didn't expect perfection from a $100 picolo trumpet I did expect a functioning instrument.Local music shop told me that the air leak that rendered the instrument unplayable was not fixable.Seller's 100% feedback score gave me hope that they would care that they were selling junk!
