I ordered a pressure washer & received a little card asking to review the seller without the item ordered. Upon contacting the seller they were very responsive and refunded my money right away. They stated that the package must have been stolen in transit however I am having a hard time believing that the pressure washer was actually sent through the United States Postal Service because of the weight but regardless they refunded me & were very responsive.
