The item was listed In Near Mint Condition --- Means been played a few times, not perfect on corners or edges or surface, no crease found, still in very good condition, but no good for super serious collectors.

It doesn't take a "super serious collector" as you call them to realize that a card that is completely covered in scratches and dirty surface wear isn't NM. Very lousy seller that chooses to bundle cards of all different conditions into one listing. Then hope the buyer doesn't complain and then offer a small discount if they do. I'm sorry but that is very unfair and no common sense used on your card's conditions. If there's some minor wear, okay no bit deal. If the card is beat up, NOT NM.
