Here’s a look at the best movesets for Sinnoh Legendary creatures Azelf, Mespirit, and Uxie in Pokemon Go and whether the three are any good for PvP play.

The fourth generation of Pokemon introduced three Legendary creatures to the franchise: Azelf, Mespirit, and Uxie.

The trio are in Pokemon Go, but what are the best movesets for each of the three?

Here’s a look at the best movesets for the three.

Azelf’s best moveset in Pokemon Go

Pokemon Go players should equip Azelf’s moveset with Confusion for the Fast Move option, and Future Sight and Fire Blast as Charged Moves.

Confusion and Extrasensory are both STAB moves but Extrasensory has the higher EPS. However, Confusion’s EPS is not much lower but does have a significantly higher damage attribute.

For the Charged Moves, Future Sight does offer a STAB bonus. And, all three of the trio have Future Sight as an available move.

As for the second move, each of the three can make use of Fire Blast (Azelf), Blizzard (Mespirit), and Uxie (Thunder). Use Fire Blast for Azelf.

Are Azelf, Mespirit, and Uxie any good in Pokemon Go?

While the trio are Legendaries, they are not one of the more powerful ones. In fact, many other Sinnoh Legendaries like Cresselia and Darkrai have significantly higher staying power in the meta.

Uxie is best suited for the Ultra League. Per PvPoke, XL Uxie ranked #235 in the Ultra League format as of February 2024. However, its power wanes considerably in both the Great and Master League.

Unfortunately, the other two don’t have the same power. Azelf and Mespirit don’t even crack the top 600 in the Ultra League
