A: AnswerYes but in Razers own words, "Higher polling rates require more processing power which may result in reduced frame rates when playing CPU bound games." This translates to, yes but in 99% of applications, you will drop frames as you update the mouse 8000 times a seconds(every 0.125ms) and the computer tries to keep those updates sorted alongside its other tasks inside of 16ms or 8ms frame delivery time. All together, Windows itself has no issue with the high polling rate, but almost every application you run will have issues at the higher rate.Answered by LiamK

Love it
Love this mouse! I used to have a death adder v2 and was afraid this one wasn’t going to feel comfortable in my hand as it was lighter and had a slight different build But to my surprise it feels comfortable! The lightweight design also really helps with its size! It’s responsive and highly customizable! No rgb lol but that’s fine.

Best wired mouse on the market!
I believe this to be the best wired mouse on the market today, and a clear upgrade from the V2 version. First off compared to the V2 (and any older DeathAdders) the shape is much changed. It's now much less curvy and more "safe" which should suit more hand sizes and be better for claw grip. Palm grip users might still prefer the older design though. The weight is now 59g which is in line with what most players want nowadays especially for FPS gaming. The buttons all feel great and have a nice tactile/light feel. The performance of this mouse is also flawless. Razer always gets access to the latest sensors and this is capable of 30k DPI + 8k polling right out the box! I also think Razer priced this mouse very well and its an awesome value! I have no doubt this mouse will last you a very long time if you pick it up. Would highly recommend!

Great but i like v2 better overall
Great mouse but feels a little too skinny for my hand and id prefer if it had the lower side button location, and dpi buttons to remap, that the v2 has. The wheel is kinda high but it works good, The 8k polling feels nice but didnt work on valorant; maybe i missed an in game setting. Build quality and finish is great.
