Effatha Publishing was established as a non-profit corporation in 2005 by Bruck D. Bullock. Mr. Bullock is a gifted and accomplished Linguist who has mastered over eight languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portugese, Hebrew, Russian and Greek and has an understanding of Arabic and several other languages.

Mr. Bullock is also a devout Christian and a dedicated church member and community volunteer.In addition to his many accomplishments in the field of languages and his church activities Mr. Bullock studied Oboe with R. J. Angelucci of the Minneapolis and later the Minnesota Symphony Orchestra. When he went to study in Austria, he was hired as First Oboe and Soloist with the Salzburg Mozarteum Orchestra at the first postwar resumption of the Salzburg Festival Symphony, after which, he remained for several years as Oboe Soloist and traveled extensively thorughout Europe.He has lived for periods in France, Austria and Greec
