This is definitely one of those must haves with decorating. It allows you to put a good amount of icing on so that you can go back and get a smooth finish. The handle feels well made and it's easy to grip. For the price it's something thats good to have on hand regardless of skill level with decorating.

Then I bought a second one to stir things like my chocolate milk or smoothies that have been sitting in the fridge for a while. I was using these every day so I bought two more and have found they're great for reblending our homemade salad dressings, or spreading the spreads on sandwiches or homemade pizzas. They're so useful, just the right size and great Wilton quality. My local stores only sold the bent/angled spatulas so I appreciate Amazon selling the flat blade.

I purchased this spatula and an off set one recently in order to make a few cakes. It is very sturdy and well made but I am wondering if it might tarnish or rust if it's frequently used and washed? I do have to admit that if it did, I probably would just end up buying another. It is a nice spatula.

Excellent price for a great icing spatula. Did you know they are also great for hunting scallops? After icing many cupcakes, I repurposed my old spatula and lost it in the depths of the sea, so I'm glad to find a replacement here. I only wish it had a hole at the end of the handle like my old one.

I love this spatula. It is much easier to work with that your standards off-set for cake smoothing/decorating and Its very high quality. Not bendable and just the right size. Also, the rounded end as opposed to the square ended kind you often find at walmart or places like that, makes it easier to smooth out the vertical sides of cakes as you can lightly drag it along the bottom of the board and the sides won't catch on anything.
