I will say that whilst the NA tourniquet may look a little cleaner, both of them are very similar in nature and performance. The quality seems fine. I was able to cinch it down on my own arm without too much trouble. The materials held up fine. Practice with these ahead of time. The windlass isn't as easy to turn with one hand as you might think.

Pros:
- Strong materials
- Relatively compact package. Each is stored in its own little ziploc bag.

Cons:
- They don't come preconfigured. You should definitely preconfigure these. They ship with the velcro doubled back on itself rather than prepositioned through the buckle and ready to slide onto a limb. Additionally, the windlass is positioned inside the windlass holder below the "Time" white velcro. That strip of velcro tucks underneath the windlass holder and I couldn't get to it (to release the windlass) after I had the tourniquet in place on my arm. Better to have the velcro strap through the buckle and the windlass outside of the windlass holder and white velcro. Also position the white velcro onto just one side of the windlass holder so that you don't have to try to get to it if you're doing SABC with just one arm. Fewer things to fuss with when you or a friend is bleeding out.
- The "teeth" on the buckle is an advertising gimmick. All of the holding strength comes from the velcro on the strap, not from the buckle teeth.
- The windlass was bent/flexed quite a bit after I tightened it and put one end inside of the windlass holder. That's fine...just as long as that bending doesn't indicate plastic weakness. We shall see.
