If you are looking for a vibrating massage that is super easy to use, this is perfect for you. Super easy setup and easy to use. You can change the settings to meet your needs. You can also place the electrodes anywhere on your body. Just be careful not to set it too high for your needs or it feels like electric shocks going through you. Also, if you are short like me you have to have your feet placed flat for it to work. So you can’t lay back and relax. FYI.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I pulled this product out of the box. I tried the foot mat at first and it reminded me of touching our old electric fence around the garden, a bit weird but not bad. Then I attached the electrodes to my lower back and shoulders where I constantly have problems and it was absolutely amazing!!!! Highly recommend!
