What is a Recommended Daily Dose?

Well, I'm delighted to report that the pollen came double-bagged in THICK plastic bags that don't leak, and the flavor is FRESH, SWEET, AND SLIGHTLY FLORAL I received AT LEAST 10 pounds of sheer, healthful, goodness. (When I weighed the pollen on my postal scale, it was closer to 11 pounds, reminiscent of the generous "baker's dozen" -- that is, one more than the stated amount.) Stakich Bee Pollen is hands down the best deal available on the market for purchasing pollen.

This Bee pollen is a great price for the amount that you get. You might want to add some dessicant to the container since will be will months until you use it all. The favor on this bee pollen is better that the other two that I have tried. Sort of a slight sweet taste. I use it on my cereal prior to going to the gym. You can not go wrong with this purchase. Also remember to store it in a cool dry place and transfer to a smaller container for your active bee pollen. Keeps the large container drier the less that you open it.

No doubt one of the more palatable superfoods to be found...

The flavour will disappear behind whatever you have with this pollen (e.g. yogurt) ... but if you just eat a spoonful, it's mildly sweet with a tulip-y after taste. If it were physically possible to French kiss a bee, this is probably what it would taste like.

A tad early for any health reports, though.
