    I definitely got a refurbished pair of earbuds. They have horrible connection on phone calls and have glitches randomly when listening to music or podcasts. Packaging didn’t seem brand new & a little off. I’m not spendings nearly $300 for used earbuds. I’ll never buy electronics off Amazon again.

    These earbuds truly are exceptional. The sound quality is fantastic and the settings of “aware” or noise canceling is great. The noise canceling function is so good it’s like wearing earplugs. I can mow my yard listening to music and the mower sounds no louder than an electric mower (I have a gas mower). The problem I have is I bought these hoping to be able to use them while riding my Harley-Davidson. It definitely cancels out the loud exhaust I have but while riding it sounds like drums beating in my ears because of the wind. I cannot wear them while riding. Those of you who ride bikes at greater speeds will probably have the same problem. I still use them for TV watching as I have hearing loss so I am still very happy with them.
