Viruses and rumors of viruses abound. There is no way we can anticipate all of them, nor do I feel like getting jabs all the time either. Instead, I am trying my best to turbocharge my natural immune system with great foods, sunshine, and supplements. It's worth your time and trouble to ask your naturopath or physician for the best ways YOU can build up your immune system. This is a nice little formulation, loaded with cornerstone vitamin C and zinc, along with elderberry, quercetin, and bromelain. Research all these fantastic ingredients and you'll see why something like this taken on a daily basis could be helpful in keeping the creepy crud at bay. The thing to remember about supplements is that they are not designed to be stand alone cures or panaceas. They are to "supplement" your healthy lifestyle, exercise, sunshine, fresh air, and decent food. Don't think you can just take this stuff and keep on partying. Take care of yourself, people. No one else is going to do it for you!

Great product, well-formulated, easy to take. I never take on an empty stomach because it upsets my digestion, but it might be different for you.

During the pandemic I took all the ingredients that are in these GADE NUTRITION BOOST YOUR Health Quercetin with Vitamin C and Zinc - Elderberry - Quercetin capsules. I wish I'd had this supplement then! They contain well over the recommended daily value of C, D & Zinc, and what appears to be a healthy dose of Quercetin, bromelain and Elderberry. These are made in the USA in a GMP certified facility, which is something I always look for in supplements. And these are 3rd party tested as well which is a nice bonus.

These will be so handy to have during the next cold and flu season. My bottles have a best use by date of Oct 2026, so these will hopefully get me through 2 seasons. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have these on hand in case another pandemic pops up and things are hard to find again like last time.
