I have an Amazon Fire TV (Omni OLED 4k) and I was concerned it might not work with it. I plugged it into the HDMI slot and it worked right away. It works perfectly for me. I have never heard a skip while listening to music or watching movies. This product does so many things, and it would take a while to list them all. The seller's description of this product is right on the money. This is super easy to hook up and use. My thought is that this DVD player is used more by older people than younger people. Anyway, this product works great, sounds great, looks great. I recommend this for anyone interested in buying a CD, DVD, etc. player. In my opinion, you will not find a better product than this one for/at this price.

I bought this player based on good value for the money. However, the first player had problems right out of the box. The disc tray would continually eject and load. I followed the troubleshooting guide and it fixed the problem for the short term. However, that stopped working and I contacted customer service. After having me perform a few checks that did not solve the problem, they sent me a new player. The second player works just fine. It has good picture quality and the sound is also of good quality.
My experience with the customer service representative (Helen) was great. She was professional, courteous, and responsive in a timely manner. My experience would indicate that this company cares about its customers.
