I have been wanting to make Al Pastor tacos for a while. I got a new smoker and figured this was the perfect time to start. This came with two different spikes. They are very sharp! This makes it easy to pierce the pineapple and pork. It's very sturdy and worked perfectly. This appears it will hold up perfectly. I will definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to cook meat in this style.

One of the nuts to hold the handles has no screw threading. They don’t send any extra parts as backup, so I’m unable to install the handle for one side. Leaving holes for any retained liquid to spill from, and making it more difficult to handle. Otherwise, the quality of the metal and the variety of skewer sizes are great!
