    Update after Android 12 update.
    To my surprise, the update to Android 12 seems to have eliminated crackling in Bluetooth audio. A truly pleasing result for me and worth another star. Wifi is still mediocre and the insistence on booting into landscape mode drives me nuts.

    My main use for a tablet is to read news articles on various feeds and to listen to audio books and podcasts. (Well, OK, the occasional bout of Candy Crush too). That's where the T20 lets me down. Wifi performance is unsatisfying. I can't differentiate between hardware and software effects but transfers are often slow with considerable latency, which doesn't occur with my other tablets or smart phones. I don't stream video to tablets or phones so I can't comment on streaming performance. Bluetooth is hopeless. Audio content sent to Bluetooth speakers has crackles, pops, and stutters to the point of unlistenability. Audio playback on the the tablet's own speakers is fine. The display is fine and the build quality seems quite good. We're it not for the poor external communication, the T20 would be quite a good tablet.

    Bought this as a replacement for a Lenovo tablet that Lenovo refused to provide Operating System updates for (despite initially stating they would). This comes with Android 11 installed and the latest security updates were installed during setup. As Nokia promise they will give 2 years of Operating System updates that should mean Android 12 & 13 should be released for this tablet when they become available thereby extending the working life and secure life of this purchase.

    The screen is responsive and runs smoothly for the various tasks that I run on it. I've put a micro SD card into it as I tend to load this up with e-books and movies for long trips and the screen resolution and sound quality more than meet my needs.

    I bought the 4G version as I often buy a SIM card when abroad in areas with poor wifi and have tested it with my existing mobile phone SIM card - works totally fine. Although it should be noted that as this is a tablet and not a phone it will not make and receive calls. I get round this by using video calling within messenger apps that work across data.

    All in all I am very pleased with this tablet (much more so than the very poorly updated Lenovo it replaced).
